With over 35 years of experience, Michael Plaksin's journey began at Saks Fifth Avenue's prestigious buyer training program after graduating from Syracuse University. From there, he ventured into various industries, pioneering the sale of Atari Home Computers and serving as Vice President of Sales for Packard Bell, where he achieved groundbreaking records, generating billions in sales. Michael's innovative spirit led him to create new retail and OEM channels in the Flash & DRAM memory business, spearheading impactful initiatives withlike the Susan G. Komen Foundation and Sesame Street. As President and CEO of Alchera X, he leads the charge in revolutionizing our AI SaaS visual and facial recognition technology to detect and prevent fires, collaborating with public utility companies and global businesses to mitigate wildfire risks and save lives and property.
Palak Kapasi is a dynamic Marketing and Public Relations professional with over 15 years of experience, specializing in the retail sector across tech and gaming, fashion and beauty, as well as, CPG industries. Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Managerial Economics & Mass Communications and a Master’s degree in Applied Economics, Palak excels in leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies while spearheading corporate initiatives at Amazon. With a proven track record in brand management, media relations, consumer behavior analysis, and product marketing, she brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Palak's background in business development and finance, coupled with her extensive retail experience and recent foray into the technology industry, underscores her adaptability and strategic acumen. Known for her collaborative approach, talent development skills, and commitment to fostering sustainability and charitable initiatives while encouraging positive workplace culture, Palak is a driving force behind successful marketing endeavors at AX, including her recent work with the California Governor’s Office.
Yewon Jun is an accomplished Product Development & Management Expert with around 5 years of diversified experience in business development, product planning & design, and development cycle management across various sectors including Artificial Intelligence, ESG technology, and Art and Cultural sectors. Renowned for her proficiency in global operations and strategic initiatives aimed at international markets, Yewon excels in building robust internal relationships and leading cross-cultural teams with exceptional communication skills. With a specialization in IT companies, particularly within the realms of Artificial Intelligence and Art and Culture, Yewon brings a wealth of expertise in product and project management to the table, driving innovation and success in every endeavor.
